This exhibition will present a series of three worry bead pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Worry beads, typically used to pass time, and created a personal reinvention, which challenges the conventional aspects of scale, material, and gender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Glass is a fragile material, a metaphor for all these worries. These worry beads force the owner to return to the physical. Passing time and play, repeat hand motions, which echo the movements made to create the hollow forms. Holding these handmade beads, there is a transfer of positive energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
